Me again!

I was just wondering, if we were looking for some inexpensive, easy to use equipment to get at home, what do you think is the best sort of thing to buy?

Thanks!

Hi Louise,

I would recommend:
Good quality resistance bands (they will last). These are great for toning, small and easy to take with you anywhere.
A swiss ball. These are large inflatable balls, they are fantastic for core exercise/balance training. There are endless exercises you can do with them. They can be deflated, but if you keep them up, you're more likely to use them regularly.
Skipping rope - taking us all back to our school days, these provide a great form of exercise and are inexpensive.
You can fill bottles and use them as weights.
A good mat.
There are so many exercises you can do using your body weight and no equipment.

Play some motivating/uplifting music.
Sip water throughout your sessions.

A few ideas...
